Game of Thrones Spin-Off: Country Girl to Lady Hannah Stark

Hello everyone! I sneaked into my mom's luggage the night before she came to Ireland! All my sisters were so afraid of being scolded, that's why I'm the only lucky one in Ireland this time!

I took the DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) from Pearse to Greystones station, and walked around this coastal area. It was a very quite and peaceful place. I saw a lot of happy dogs taking a walk here with their parents.

I was told that I can get a really good brunch at The Corner Note Cafe located in Dalkey, so I took the DART to the Dalkey station.

Dalkey is a very cute small town. I didn't see many tourists here. I guess it's a popular place for locals to get coffee, brunch and go shopping! Wow, I'm still not use to look at the opposite traffic direction from where I came from. I need to pay more attention when crossing roads!

Here is The Corner Note Cafe I was talking about! They use locally sourced ingredients. All the food here are very simple, but super delicious! If you are looking for a simple, healthy, delicious and pretty restaurant, this is definitely the to go place!

After the brunch, I got an invitation from the famous Stark family to pay a visit to their home in Northern Ireland. On the way to Winterfell, the driver told me Northern Ireland had a long war called "The Troubles". It only ended 20 years ago. Today, the landscape here is so peaceful and scenic. I couldn't imagine what this country had been through not so long ago.

After 2 hours of drive, I finally arrived Winterfell (aka Castle Ward). One of the Stark members gave me this outfit and addressed me as Lady Hannah Stark!

Although a lot of scenes in the Game of Thrones used CG (a lot of combinations of Scotland and Northern Ireland), this place still looks very stunning!

This is Stark's archery training area. I wanted to learn archery, but the trainer told me I'm the Lady Hannah Stark, his army will protect me so no need for me to learn such a thing. I wonder if my father has the power to hire me a master sword-fighter instructor like Syrio Forel. Or maybe I can find Arya Stark and ask her to teach me that Faceless Men skill. Heheheee.

Now, I'm going to talk about some history of the Stark's family.

This is a beautiful river around this castle. Since it's August right now, trees and sky look very vibrant. Remember the scene when Robb Stark and Queen Talisa were walking together and talking about Robb's father? This is where they were!

Just a little up the hill is another stunning castle. Ironically, this is where the Red Wedding took its place. Stark members, let's all mourn for the two important family members, Robb Stark and Lady Catelyn Stark.

Are you all excited for the final season? I really hope the Stark siblings will stand strong and survive the show!

By the way, I actually didn't get scolded at all! Mommy ended up taking me to Edinburgh with her, and let me explore the town by myself while she was busy drinking whisky and beer. I really scored a wonderful trip!

Also, if you are a big Game of Thrones fan, and happen to be in Edinburgh during Festival Fringe (entire August), be sure to check out the performance, Thrones! The Musical Parody. It is hilarious and very well done!
